These terms apply to the Speed Auto World website and to the requests you make through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Appointments and roadside service

• An appointment booked online is a request until we confirm it. We may contact you to change the time if needed.
• Roadside service arrival times are estimates and depend on traffic, weather and safety. Stay in a safe place while you wait.

2. Prices, availability and quotes

• Prices, stock and photos on the site can change and may contain errors. The final price is the one on your quote or receipt.
• A quote is valid until the date shown on it.
• If you pay by credit card, the card total is shown before you pay.

3. Used tires

Used tires are sold as is, except for any warranty written on your receipt. The tread depth and year shown are the measurements taken when the tire was listed. Ask us to inspect a tire before you buy it.

4. Warranties

Warranties are the ones written on your receipt or quote, together with any manufacturer's warranty.

5. Messages

If you agree to receive text or WhatsApp messages, the terms in section 4 of our Privacy Policy apply: reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

6. Use of the site

Do not misuse the site, try to access other people's information or interfere with how it works. The site's content belongs to Speed Auto World or its providers.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Speed Auto World is not liable for indirect damages from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
